Ceylon Leitzel On Chocolate

Ceylon Leitzel is the second generation and owner of Leitzel's Jewelry. Ceylon was mentored by his father, and received technical training from the former Bowman Technical Institute and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). His outstanding service in the jewelry industry was recognized not once, but twice, when he was named the Pennsylvania Jeweler's Association's "Jeweler of the Year" in 2002 and 2006. Ceylon was given his unique name simply because his mother liked it. But coming from a family of jewelers, his mother most likely first heard the name in reference to the country of Ceylon, known for its impeccable, watery blue "Ceylon Sapphires."
