About Goldsmith, Matthew B
Matthew started at Leitzel's Jewelry in December of 2015. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in jewelry and metalworking; after school, he apprenticed under a Master Goldsmith for 10 years before completing the Bench Jeweler program at New Approach School for Jewelers. Matthew loves the family-like camaraderie and fellowship of the Leitzel's team. One of his favorite things to do at his bench is custom work - he gets to see first-hand all of the creative designs customers dream up and then is able to personally help turn those dreams into reality. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys playing the bagpipes. When he's not doing that, he takes joy in spending time with his three "bonkers and amazing" children and lovely wife.
